from drudge: google maps can now take better resolution photos than camera phones from (it looks like) fifteen feet away. i'm too lazy to research where the cameras are being installed, but this is a little spooky.
the regular satellite photos are also increasing in resolution. i just google mapped my parents' house and can tell you that my parents have recently mowed their lawn, but they really need to water it.
