more stuff happening on the other side of the pond

i was listening to internet radio the other day, and the following song came on: "i just wanna fuckin' dance." the song was on something called the "jerry springer opera soundtrack."

i had to google it! and it appears that some brits decided to create a musical based on trash culture - and the musical has garnered rave reviews. furthermore, it seems that a broadcast of the musical on BBC last year offended some christians in great britain. oh my! i have to go see it. the web site said that the show would have a run on broadway, but a cursory search has turned up nothing.

i must find it!
