why is barney frank all huffing and puffing about trans-inclusion in ENDA? i haven't been able to pick apart what's been going on, but why is it barney frank of all people who is being so yappity-yap about not including transfolk?
maybe i don't have my facts straight, but yeah, what's the deal?
