daylight savings will arrive three weeks early. change your clocks forward this weekend. but will computers, which were programmed to set their clocks automatically, get the memo? a law passed in 2005 changed the date of daylight savings, which goes into effect this weekend, and computers had originally been programmed to switch on the old date.
