u.s. rep. katherine harris of florida has stated on the record that separation of church and state is "a lie" and that "if you're not electing christians, then in essence you are going to legislate sin." she also said that "god is the one who chooses our rulers."
i was going to write something snarky, but i don't think that's necessary. the absurdity of her comments speaks for itself.
