oral arguments for lewis v. harris will be february 15, 2006 in the new jersey supreme court. this press release says you can watch it online.
now i'm going to go on a tangent. suppose this case comes out in favor of same sex marriage. does this mean that domestic partnerships will be phased out in new jersey? (this would mean no more domestic partnership benefits. see below post.)
