1) 'pretzel' is a cool word.
2) the word 'pretzel' has a 'z' in it which makes it pure gold for scrabble.
2) i love to lick the salt off before finishing one off.
3) they taste good with mustard and soda.
4) at least one pretzel didn't like george bush.

i have a 'monctonism' (deliberate linguistic peculiarity) for this word: i say prentsl instead of pretsl.
i dunno where it came from.
