i am developing crushes on pretty much every attractive woman who walks by, including a few people i already know and never looked twice at before (which is incredibly disturbing). of course i'm not going to do anything, because i already have a girlfriend, and it's really bad manners just to jump on a stranger on the subway or at starbucks. and macking on my friends? ew, just ew. but i'm having these thoughts anyway.

my friend explained that this generally starts happening to women in their early 30s... and continues until around age 55.

how do you turn this off? should i watch porn, or will that only make it worse? help!
