saw a breakdown of votes by race in california. both blacks and whites voting for obama over clinton. hispanics voting for obama 2 to 1.
asians voting for clinton 3 to 1 and that's why clinton is ahead in california. i don't know whether to feel empowered or embarrassed.
I am embarrassed by my older co-religionists as well.
ReplyDeleteout of curiosity, i googled who my cousin is endorsing. it's obama. so this isn't his fault! lol!
ReplyDeleteobama got a massive victory in washington yesterday. i haven't seen the racial breakdowns yet, but the state has a lot of asians. i don't know how obama could have won WA by 37% without winning over a lot of asians.
ReplyDeleteNo need to hate on the Hillz, even if you're an Obamite. She's seriously not the antichrist or whatever.
ReplyDeletei personally don't see why you should be embarrassed. hillary would make a fine president. i'm unhappy with some of the positions she has taken in congress, but i admire her. she's done amazing things in her life and i would be happy to vote for her this november.
ReplyDeletei did decide to vote for obama on super tuesday because i think he is drawing new voters to the democratic party, and that is something i'm not seeing with hillary's campaign. i still felt somewhat depressed afterwards because i like hillary a lot and i badly want to see a woman be elected president.
