damn you! my heart sank when i read that. don't do that to me. there's no way i wouldn't vote for the democratic nominee.
Having just read some of the stuff that Justice Breyer said in the oral arguments in Riegel v. Medtronic, Inc. on Tuesday, I am not convinced that the Clintons appoint reliably liberal judges on the issues I care about.
In fact, I would be better off with Ron Paul-nominated Justices on most issues I care about. Possibly Fred Thompson, too, but his commitment to federalism remains to be seen.
