the hrc called me asking for a donation, and i told them it has (1) become abundantly clear that they would throw "t"s under a bus at the drop of a hat and that (2) although they're calling presumably to drum up funds to convince bush not to veto the matthew shepard act, bush is going to veto it anyway, and the funds are really going to fund hillary clinton's campaign - and i support obama.

okay, the real reason is that i can't drop $110 right now (just made a massive extra payment to accessgroup, my student loan servicer). but damn, it felt good to say what i said. plus, i hate it when people call me on my cell for donations. i can't stand it when my law school does it, and i can't stand it when the hrc does it.
