This guy is so dumb that it amazes me.

Failed applicant sues the Massachusetts bar, the Massachusetts Supreme Court, and four individual justices, because he refused to answer a domestic relations hypothetical involving two married women in protest. Because he couldn't bring himself to answer the question, he failed by a little over a point.

All I have to say is, that's one less moron licensed to practice law! And wow... way to endear yourself to the Massachusetts judiciary!

You'd think, having graduated law school, he'd know the difference between accepting that the law doesn't match your moral views and endorsing a viewpoint.

But, honestly, if he missed by just a couple points, why is he complaining? They can't ask that question in February!

what kills me is that the hypothetical was a run of the mill domestic relations question involving division of marital property in light of a prenup. it was a "gimme points" question.

anyway who pays for three years of law school, gets all the way through barbri, and intentionally throws away all that hard work and sacrifice to make a political statement by skipping a question on the bar exam is mentally disturbed.

(now, how many of you out there think that he just ran out of time? and instead of sucking it up, he came up with this hair-brained theory to avoid taking the bar again?)

"anyone" not "anyway" in 2nd paragraph.

Just more proof that education doesn't always make someone smart!

I would bet my life that he went to BC Law - you can't spell BC without Bigoted Catholics.

What an absolute idiot - he obviously got a whole lotta other stuff wrong - not just that one question.

Having failed a bar exam by a couple of points, I feel for the guy, so I won't say he isn't smart, but really - why can't he just take it again, having made his point?

uh, why do you feel for him? assuming that the reported facts are true, he *chose* not to answer an entire essay question! this is suicide. either that or extreme hubris.

Hey southender - he went to NESL, dickhead. Who's the bigot now ...?

Apparently, he failed again on the most recent exam.

I wonder what he's going to blame that on.

anyone who fails by less than two points and decides to draft a 44 page complaint instead of studying is a dodo.
