for reasons i won't get into, i should probably refrain from calling the original hot 100 list by a certain unnamed magazine a colossal waste of paper that looked like it was compiled by adolescent apes. oh, oops, i did it anyway. but, come on! lindsay lohan at #1? is the "cartoon network" back in business peddling its park avenue grade ganja?
