Nowhere needs HADD more than the city of Paris.
Every Parisian has a fracking rat for a dog and they let them crap everywhere and do not EVER pick it up. Ever.
That town is a stinking pile of dog crap. And I LIKE Paris!
i consider any place where people fail to clean up after dogshit to be a third world country.
paris - totally third world.
hoboken is becoming a third world country.

singapore is a first world country, because they beat you if you leave ANYTHING on the ground.
