this news is most excellent. what's even more excellent is that hoboken has many construction sites for new condos still underway, and the market can only get more buyer-friendly. one bedroom condos have already fallen to the low $300ks (including dedicated parking).

no kidding. i've been praying for a bloodbath in the NE for several years now. i don't want to wait until i'm forty to afford my own home.
i'm doing the same thing here in philly. they're converting everything to condos here--and there simply aren't that many people in the market for condos.
my dream is that after a few years i'll be able to say: "hey, i'll give you $50 for that condo"
i'm hoping to be able to offer a used piece of chewing gum for a brownstone.
i would like to be able to offer my pre-lawrence v. texas family law book and my pre-grokster internet law book. they make nice beer coasters.
