so the new jersey supreme court hasn't rendered a decision on lewis v. harris. however, based on past years' calendars, it looks like the court tends to break mid-august and resumes mid-september.
i'm going to make a prediction that the decision will arrive on or before august 14th. don't quote me on it though.
