no more craps

the supreme court of new jersey allowed for the casinos to close right before it closed itself. (what, no decision on lewis v. harris this week?) according to cnn, this is the first time in history that atlantic city casinos have been closed.

the good news is that if want to sue someone, and the statute of limitations is approaching, the chief justice will be issuing an order tolling any statute of limitations. the litigious american way will live on in new jersey!

in any case, if you want to smoke ganja in new jersey, this may not be such a bad week to attempt to do so. (this is not legal advice.)
