ripped off by barbri? hope is on the way... in the form of a class action antitrust suit! plaintiffs are asking for $1,000 in damages... EACH. (so i guess i'll get around 5 cents if they settle...) anyone who bought a barbri course between 1997 and the present is automatically a member of the class.

yeah, i wrote about the lawsuit here and i've been getting a steady stream of visits from people googling "richard convisor" ever since (i'm especially happy to see hits from the chicago-kent law school domain--the school that convisor works as a prof)
i also wrote to the plaintiffs' attorneys to make sure they keep me posted about the case and any settlement. i'm on their email list now.
