Promoting the Feminist Agenda

wherein i link the thirteenth Carnival of Feminists, hosted by I See Invisible People. i have linked The Carnival of Feminists blog on the blogroll. there is a new carnival every two weeks, so check in regularly for information about future feminist blogfests. i would like to single out Sage's submission at Persephone's Box (now also linked in the blogroll). given my recent bloggeredly obsession with troll-fighting, it is a timely and relevant link. in her submission to the Carnival, she takes down the oft-used technique of equating anger in a woman, especially a feminist one, with mental illness.

update: i would also like to draw attention to the other theme in Sage's post. i also have a friend who developed a mental illness, and Sage's experience resonates with my own experience with my friend.
