stupid people

people who complain about getting a day off need to get their head checked. EVERYONE has sat at his or her cubicle thinking, "man, i need a vacation..." MORE vacation is good, not bad. i bet the retard who wrote (or cut and paste) that post loves vacations himself, yet he thinks that martin luther king jr. day is such an abomination that he is willing to make millions of people get up and go to work today instead of getting a day off.

i'm not even going to discuss politics or race relations here. complaining about a holiday for any reason is fucked up!

i think (some) christians are nuts. i think christianity is flawed. do i think christmas should be revoked? HELL NO. it is important to many people, AND i get two days off! when people are stuck at mass, i get to eat chinese food with my jewish friends. that kicks ass! yay christmas!

my ancestors weren't on this continent when the native americans and the pilgrims decided to eat a lot of turkey, but hey... DAY OFF! DAY OFF! the pilgrims were religious nuts! who cares! FOOD IS GOOD! A DAY OFF IS GOOD! I DON'T CARE!

so the next time you hear someone complaining about martin luther king jr. day, tell that person to shut up and go to work. if he doesn't want to celebrate it, he can leave everyone else to their lovely day off.
