long island rail road tickets issued during the strike are being sold on eBay as collectors' items. as are "closed" signs that have fallen off their posts.
but this is the kicker. the "solidarity with the TWU" sign pictured (which looks like it can be recreated with microsoft word and a trip to kinko's) is being offered at... $500. how, um, telling.
