as well as working my butt off, my girlfriend and i are also starting a small business, and i need to research how to form an LLC. for some reason, barbri and my corporations class decided not to mention this highly used corporate structure in very much detail. it just goes to show how slowly legal education lapses behind current trends (and i say "current" with some sarcasm, as LLCs aren't that new anymore). likewise, the laws surrounding the internet are still a mess.
anyway, i may be absent for a while.
