The culture of the people who were called "rednecks" and "crackers" before they ever got on the boats to cross the Atlantic was a culture that produced far lower levels of intellectual and economic achievement, as well as far higher levels of violence and sexual promiscuity. That culture had its own way of talking, not only in the pronunciation of particular words but also in a loud, dramatic style of oratory with vivid imagery, repetitive phrases and repetitive cadences.then the article goes on to say something like "black people adopted redneck culture, and now they're in the ghettos." i don't want to discuss the merits of this article. instead, i'm going to be facetious.
so... black people stole redneck culture from redneck white people, and then elvis came along and stole it back. then dr. dre stole it from elvis, and now eminem stole it from dre. now what?

looked him up... he's an african-american conservative who grew up poor in the segregated south and was orphaned at age 5, then was transplanted to harlem - and he went from marxist to whatever he is now. it appears that he dissed the culture he grew up in. i don't know what to think. i think i'll just leave this one alone...
