the next person who complains about "that activist judge in new york" taking away power from the "legislature that was elected by the people" can plant one on my bootay. justice ling-cohan was elected by the people, not appointed like federal judges. in fact, more she was the republican choice as well as the democrat choice, so why don't you little freepers go back and try again...
