it seems like kos had the same dumb idea i did. and unlike us, kos has tens of thousands of readers. as much as i would like to say: hrmph! it's a good thing he did it. [just to be a little bitch, i got the lyrics first!] [i had already emailed atrios and oliver willis to post the link to TRL a couple of hours ago.]

it looks like MTV *will* play this video on TRL due to the overwhelming number internet requests.

god damn... yeah!

another update: since the requests have been coming in, MTV updated its voting site to include the video as an "official" choice - no need to write it in anymore.

further update: MTV just played the video in its entirely.

listen, i know it sounds like i'm chirping over nothing, but really, you must see this video. i don't get worked up over very many things, but this one *will* be getting an award. and it deserves one.
