Bloomberg, who supported the measure during his campaign, later changed his mind, saying he the contracting process should not be used to effect social change.anyhow, congress passed the bill. the mayor had his chance and vetoed accordingly. and then congress overrode his veto, following common procedure. now he's suing?! oh kiss my rosy ass!
