this guy is SO EXTREME!(tm)
and this guy is just chillin' on a boat, grillin' burgers. he plans to stay on the boat in 100+ mph winds. can you say, DARWIN AWARDS?!
update: uh oh! this little tropical storm could become a hurricane in 24 hours.
Gov. Sila Calderon prohibited alcohol sales and urged residents to stay indoors as the storm passed.HOW CAN YOU SIMULTANEOUSLY PROHIBIT ALCOHOL SALES AND MAKE PEOPLE STAY INDOORS?! THAT'S INHUMANE! what are people going to do while they're waiting out the storm? sniff glue?
and of course... it sucks to be florida. anyhow, i find it curious that people name weather systems and attempt to personify them.
too bad, we're on "j." i'd like to see a hurricane emily. maybe next year. and here's a list of retired names.
