tyranny of the majority - BAD!

it's interesting to note that the "liberal" gay activists and the "conservative"/"libertarian" gay activists basically say the same thing, except the latter generally uses bigger words and more legal arguments. i wonder if it's more of an elitist thing rather than a philosophical thing...
