i was reading a discussion online at muslim wakeup! about their controversial "sex & the umma" community. there i found a lovely little snarky remark i thought i might repeat.
Also, the term "soft porn" may apply to certain selections on S&U, btu [sic] certainly not all. I'd love to see more non-fiction articles on S&U personally, but fiction is a valuable tool in helping present ideas that may not reach us as powerfully otherwise. Joy, love, beauty, and affection are sorely missing in the lives of many, Muslims included.ain't that the truth.If attempts to bring them back are considered "soft porn", well, then, I'm a porn fan. Just don't flood my inbox with messages entitled "Teen Girls Want You". The only thing teen girls want me for is a loan - I have a younger sister for proof.
